9. Heat the pan, add a thin layer of oil, and put the dumplings into the pan. Cover with a lid and fry over medium heat until the bottom is slightly golden brown, pushing the pan from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

10. After the dumplings are fried until golden brown, sprinkle half a cup of boiling water into the pot, cover and simmer until cooked. During this period, you should also push the pot from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

11. The dumplings are put into the pot.
