How to make beef pie filling

Beef pie is a type of pie and a particularly popular food, with the filling mainly made from beef. As we all know, beef not only tastes good but is also rich in nutrition. Therefore, eating beef pies regularly can not only fill your stomach but also supplement the various nutrients needed by the body. So, how do you prepare the filling for milk pie? Here are some classic ways to make beef pie!

Method 1

Ingredients dosage:

Ingredients: wheat flour (400g);

Supplementary ingredients: beef (fat and lean) (600g), cabbage (260g), green onion (110g);

Seasoning: peanut oil (50g), soy sauce (30g), salt (2g), MSG (1g);

method:

1. After mincing the beef, add soy sauce, salt and MSG to season; wash the cabbage and cut it into fine pieces.

2. Mix the flour with cold water, knead for 3 to 5 minutes, then apply a little peanut oil, knead evenly, and let it stand for 10 to 20 minutes.

3. Divide the dough into several small pieces with a diameter of 2 cm. Flatten them and use a rolling pin to roll them into skins with a diameter of 6 cm.

4. When wrapping, first mix the beef, cabbage and green onion, scoop 2.5 tablespoons, wrap it in the skin, and knead it into a pie.

5. Heat a frying pan over high heat, put the pie into the pan, press it slightly and bake for a while, then pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, fry until both sides are golden brown and fragrant, then serve.

Method 2: Boiled beef pie

Ingredients: beef, onion, ginger, salt, MSG, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, white sesame, egg, white sugar, thirteen spices

Production steps:

1. Wash 500g beef and remove the tendons and skin. Add onion and ginger and chop into puree.

2. Add all seasonings. Stir in one direction until it becomes vigorous and set aside.

3. Put an appropriate amount of flour in a basin, pour boiling water on it, stir it into a ball while pouring, and then knead it into dough after it cools down.

4. The dough should be very soft. The one in the picture is the state of the dough when you gently pull it with your hands.

5. Apply oil to your hands, pick up a piece of dough, knead it into a round shape and flatten it in your hands, put the beef filling on the palm of your hand, then raise your fingers and gather the dough towards the middle like wrapping a mooncake, until the opening is sealed and the meat filling does not leak out, pinch off the excess dough, then put the pie on a plate, and use the four fingers other than the thumb to spread it flat in circles.

6. Put some oil in a wider frying pan and put the pie in when the oil is hot. If you feel that the pie is not big enough, you can continue to turn the pie with your fingers and flatten it after putting it in the pan. When both sides are golden brown, the meat filling is ready to eat.

Method 3: Secret beef pie

Ingredients: beef, flour,

Accessories: onion, scallion, ginger, garlic, broth, sesame oil, soybean paste,

1. Knead the dough with warm water and let it rest for an hour.

2. Chop the beef into minced meat; chop the scallion, ginger, garlic and onion; beat the soybean paste with sesame oil.

3. Add in order: add green onion, chopped onion, soybean paste beaten with sesame oil, soy sauce, broth, salt, MSG, ginger, and garlic, and mix well in a clockwise direction.

4. Wrap the fillings and fry them in a pan.
