How to roast marshmallows at home

Marshmallows are not only a favorite of children, but also the memory of a generation. Nowadays, you can still see marshmallows in many places. Although they are not delicious, their unique production process is still loved by many people. Marshmallows are not difficult to make. As long as you master the method, you can make them at home. The key is to master the method. So, how do you roast marshmallows at home? Let’s take a closer look below.

The crispy biscuits, the slightly melted chocolate, and the slightly warm and sweet marshmallows are simply too delicious, hence the name “some more”.

Of course, you can also add different ingredients according to your preferences to make your own unique s'more.

Microwave version of s'more: Prepare a microwave-safe plate, place the cookies, marshmallows, and chocolate on the plate from bottom to top, cook on high heat for 10-15 seconds until the chocolate melts, carefully remove from the plate and cover with another cookie, let it sit for a while before serving.

Preheat the oven to 180℃ for the oven version of s'more. Put a layer of baking paper on the bottom of the baking tray. Place the cookies, chocolate and marshmallows from bottom to top on the baking paper. Bake for 3-5 minutes, then take out and let it sit for a while.

Fruit pudding ingredients: 200 grams of milk, 200 grams of marshmallow (soft and white candy), apple, pineapple, and strawberry.

1. Peel and core the apples, pineapples and strawberries, remove the stems and cut into small cubes.

2. Place the pot on medium heat, pour in the milk, add the marshmallows, stir quickly, wait for the marshmallows to dissolve and the milk to thicken

3. Pour in the diced fruit and stir slightly. Pour into a container and refrigerate overnight after it cools down.

Marshmallow pudding ingredients: a small bag of milk

Fruit (there’s only cantaloupe in the fridge, so let’s cut some cantaloupe slices)

Method: Heat the milk in a water bath, add the marshmallows and stir until melted. After it cools down, add the fruit slices and refrigerate.

Pudding marshmallow ingredients: 300ml milk, 100g pure marshmallow (add more marshmallow if you want the pudding to solidify)

The method is very simple:

1.Tear the marshmallows into small pieces and put them in a pot.

2. Pour milk into the pot. (Basically three times the amount of marshmallows. It depends on your personal taste. If you don’t like sweet, add more milk.)

3. Heat over low heat and stir to dissolve the marshmallows in the milk. Be careful to use low heat.

4. After everything is dissolved, you can try the taste so that you can make adjustments. (If it's too sweet, add more milk; if not, add more marshmallows.)

5. Then pour the liquid into a container and put it in the refrigerator after the bubbles disappear. Just wait a few hours.

PS: If you buy marshmallows that are not original flavor, the pudding you make will be colorful. For example: strawberry flavor is pink, lemon flavor is yellow, and apple flavor is green.
