Because the Yuanxiao soup in the pot has become thick at this time, if you continue to use it, not only will the Yuanxiao be cooked slowly, but it will also be easy to be undercooked.

The glutinous rice flour for cooking raw Yuanxiao in time contains a lot of water. If the Yuanxiao is left for a long time after being made, it will deteriorate. If the raw Yuanxiao is frozen and then cooked, the skin will often break, affecting the appearance. If you cannot finish the cooked Yuanxiao immediately, you should take it out of the pot in time and place it in clean cold boiled water. After it cools down, take it out and put it on a plate.
