Mediterranean Pizza Recipe

11. Knead the dough on the chopping board to make it elastic. The dough should be as smooth as possible. Then put it into a bowl and start basic fermentation for about 30 minutes.

12. When the dough has doubled in size, take it out and place it on a chopping board to press down and release the air.

13. Roll the deflated dough into a round shape again, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 10-15 minutes.

14. Use a rolling pin to roll out the sugared dough to a thickness of about 3 mm.

15. Place the rolled dough on the baking tray, gently fold it about 1-1.5 cm around the edge, and then press the folded edge firmly with your fingers.

16. Use a fork to poke holes in the dough evenly and densely to prevent it from expanding after baking. Always keep the dough flat so that it is heated evenly.

17. Since this is a crispy pizza, the dough should be baked in advance to make it crispy. The baking temperature should be 210 degrees with upper and lower heat for about 7 minutes.

18. Bake the dough until it turns slightly yellow, then take it out and apply egg liquid on the edges.

19. First spread Naples pizza sauce, sprinkle with a little cheese shreds, and then evenly spread the meat, mushrooms and tomatoes on it.

20. Sprinkle cheese shreds evenly on top, with an appropriate amount.

21. Finally, garnish with seafood and bell pepper rings, and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.

22. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. When the inside is baked through and the edges are golden brown, you can remove from the oven and serve.

23.This is the effect after it comes out of the oven.

24. Cut with a wheel cutter.
