13. Roll up from top to bottom into a cylindrical shape and pinch the bottom edge.

14. Cut into three equal parts, wrap in bread film, and place in a warm and humid place for final fermentation.

15. Let it rise again until it is twice as large, brush the surface with egg liquid, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it in the middle layer, and bake for about 15 minutes.

16. Add a little water to the powdered sugar little by little and stir evenly to make a thick frosting.

17. After the bread has cooled, drizzle it with icing sugar.
