How to make Spring Wreath Bread

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The method of making Spring Wreath Bread is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew it. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Prepare materials

3. Throw all the ingredients except butter, raisins and almond slices into the bread machine and start the dough kneading program.

4. Soak the raisins in rum. If you have enough time, you can soak them for 4 hours. If you don’t soak them in advance, microwave them for 1 minute, the effect is almost the same.

5. After the kneading process is finished, start the fermentation process again, add butter ~ drain the raisins and rum, dry them with a clean paper towel, try not to leave any wine, add raisins after the kneading process is finished, and enter the fermentation process ~

6. After fermentation is complete, divide the dough into six equal pieces, roll them into balls, and let them rise for 10 minutes.

7. Use a rolling pin to roll into a pancake shape.

8. It is best to wear disposable gloves and wrap the rolling pin with plastic wrap to prevent your hands from sticking and keep them clean.
