6. Turn to low heat, gently turn the fish over with a spoon, and fry each side for about 30 seconds until the fish changes color.

7. When the fish is almost done, add the chopped tomatoes and broccoli and fry until cooked. Then pour in the teriyaki sauce and a little water. Bring to a boil over low heat until the sauce thickens. During this time, carefully turn the salmon over a few times.

8. The delicious pan-fried salmon is ready to be served on a plate. The fish should not be fried for too long, generally it is 80% done. It will be golden on the outside, pink on the inside, and juicy, not to mention the taste.

Because the light soy sauce in the teriyaki sauce already contains salt, and salt is also applied during the marinating process, there is no need to add extra salt.
