15. Start the bread machine baking program, set the time to 40 minutes, cover the lid and do other things. You can eat the bread when it comes out of the oven.

16. After the bread is baked, put on high-temperature gloves, take it out of the bread machine, and immediately turn it upside down and put it on the baking net. If the bread is left in the bread bucket without being taken out, it will shrink, because the moisture generated by the high temperature of the bread will erode the bread again, and the bread will shrink and become unpalatable.
