1. Put the bread ingredients into the bread machine

2. Knead the dough

3. Ferment until it becomes twice as large

4. Divide the fermented dough into three parts, exhaust the air, and let it rest for a while.

5. Prepare the fruits during fermentation. Wipe the raisins and pineapple cubes dry with kitchen paper and drain the water.

6. The same goes for other fruits. Try to control the moisture of the fruit as much as possible, otherwise the bread will be soggy and taste bad.

7. Take one of the dough and roll it into a rectangle

8. Cut both sides into strips as shown in the picture

9. Place the fruit in the middle

10. Place the noodles on both sides one by one and cross them on the fruit, closing the ends.

11. Decorate the surface with some fruits; perform secondary fermentation for 20-30 minutes

12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, bake for about 30 minutes, until the surface of the bread is golden brown (if it browns too quickly, you can cover it with tin foil)
