3.1 Pour all the condensed milk slowly and stir evenly

5. Pour in lemon juice and mix well. I think it’s okay to add more lemon juice. A little sourness will make it fragrant and sweet.

6. After adding the eggs, continue to stir evenly.

7. Take out the cake tray, pour the mixed cheese liquid into it, then put it on the tray and place it in the oven that has been preheated to 160 degrees. Bake on the middle layer for 35 minutes, then move to the lower layer and bake for another 15 minutes. If the surface has changed color, but the inside is moist when a toothpick is inserted, cover the surface with a layer of tin foil to prevent burning.

8. After baking, take it out, let it dry for a while, put it in a plastic bag, and refrigerate it overnight. It still has flavor when you eat it. Although it is not easy to cut, it tastes very good:)
