1. Wash and dry the green bamboo plums.

2. Wash and dry a glass jar.

3. Place a layer of green plums on the bottom of the glass jar, and then sprinkle a layer of salt on it (the ratio of plums to salt is one bowl of salt to four bowls of plums).

4. Add another layer of plums and sprinkle with salt.

5. Seal with plastic wrap and then cover with lid.

6. Store in a cool place. Juice discharge after one week. (If the plums are not fully soaked in juice, adjust them slightly to prevent them from spoiling.)

7. The finished product one year later.
