How to make braised pork and kimchi dumplings

1. Main raw materials: flour, sugar, dry yeast, baking powder, water, minced meat, tamarind, winter bamboo shoots, green onions, ginger, rice wine, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, yellow paste, sesame oil, and cooking oil.

2. Add dry yeast, baking powder and sugar to the flour, mix well, and knead into dough with warm water.

3. After the dough is kneaded, let it ferment.

4. Heat the wok on the fire, pour in a proper amount of cooking oil, pour in the minced pork with marinated sauce and stir-fry. After the marinated pork has released oil, pour in the chopped winter bamboo shoots and stir-fry evenly.

5. Add chopped green onion, ginger and five-spice powder and stir-fry.

6. After the aroma comes out, pour in the tamarind powder and stir-fry.

7. When the tamarind is dry, add in rice wine and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour in a little soy sauce and stir well.

9. After stir-frying evenly, add 25 grams of yellow sauce and continue stir-frying.

10. When the aroma of the sauce comes out and the tamarind is relatively dry, sprinkle in salt and chicken essence for the final seasoning.

11. Add a few drops of sesame oil before serving.

12. Let the fried fillings cool down and set aside.

13. Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 15 minutes, then roll the dough into strips.

14. Roll the dough into strips and pinch them into small pieces, then start rolling out the skin and wrapping the filling.

15. Put the wrapped buns into the cage.

16. Steam over high heat for 7-8 minutes.

17. After steaming, take out and place on a plate and you can eat.
