How to make Japanese teriyaki fried rice

1. Remove the fascia from the tenderloin, cut it into two sections, and then cut each section into three slices (this recipe uses 3 slices), chop it loose with the back of a knife, pour cooking wine on it, sprinkle with salt, add 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, massage evenly, and marinate for 10-20 minutes

2. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces; wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into small pieces; chop the onions

3. Heat the oil in a wok, add the chopped onion and stir-fry until transparent

4. Add shredded carrots and shredded king oyster mushrooms

5. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until soft, pour in the rice and stir-fry

6. Add 2.5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, stir well, and add a little salt according to your taste

7. Stir-fry repeatedly until the soup disappears.

8. Add some oil to the bottom of the pan, heat it up, put in the tenderloin slices, and fry both sides quickly over high heat until golden brown.

9. Pour 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and coat evenly, add enough water to cover, bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.
