Crispy Chicken Drumstick Burger

I believe that many families in our lives like to eat chicken leg burgers. In fact, chicken leg burgers are a kind of hamburgers. This is a Western food that has become popular from foreign countries. Many children especially like to eat chicken leg burgers because bread with some chicken legs tastes really good, and there are many flavors of chicken leg burgers. The crispy chicken leg burger is more popular. So how is it made?

Crispy Chicken Burger Ingredients:

Bread: 150g high-gluten flour / 30g low-gluten flour / 10g milk powder / 40g fine sugar / 1 egg / 70g milk / 2g salt / 2g yeast / 20g butter / a little white sesame seeds

Filling ingredients: 4 chicken legs/ 4 slices of lettuce/ 4 slices of cheese/ 1 tomato

Chicken drumstick ingredients: 1 egg/ appropriate amount of frying powder/ 1 teaspoon of salt/ a little white pepper/ 1 bowl of breadcrumbs

1. First, we make the bread body because this is time-consuming. Pour the milk powder, eggs, sugar, salt and milk into the mixing bucket.

2. Then pour in the flour and yeast, and start the machine to knead for one cycle.

3. Then add the softened butter at room temperature and continue kneading until it is melted and absorbed and enters the first rise stage.

4. After one round is completed, take out the exhaust and divide it into four parts.

5. Roll the small dough into a ball and put it into the mold for the second rise. After the second rise is completed, brush it with egg liquid and sprinkle a little white sesame seeds.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, and bake in the middle layer for 20 minutes (please adjust the time and temperature according to the characteristics of your oven)

7. After the bread is baked, place it on the drying rack and wait for it to cool down.

8. While the bread is fermenting, you can use this time to make the chicken legs. After deboning the chicken legs, remove the fascia and cut a few times.

9. Add a little salt and white pepper to the chicken legs and marinate for half an hour

11. Take a bowl, pour the fried flour into it, add a little water and stir, make sure it is not too thin.

12. Coat the chicken legs with a layer of flour paste and then with bread crumbs

14. Wash the lettuce in advance, shake off the water and dry it, and slice the tomatoes before use.

15. After the food is ready, you can trim the chicken legs or use them directly like I did. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, put the whole thing covered with cheese slices in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.

16. Take it out and cover it with lettuce and bread.
