1. Ingredients: 1000 grams of pork spine, pepper, bay leaves, star anise, and cooking wine. 2. Method: 1. Red dates can easily cause getting a sore throat, so if you don't like tangerine peel, just leave it out. Just do the rest like this. Appropriate amount of rice, 500 grams of pork bones.
