Rosemary Pan-Fried Lamb Chops

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of fried lamb chops with rosemary.

1. Pick the rosemary leaves, wash them and dry them

2. Buy a whole lamb chop, wash it, drain it, and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.

3. Cut the lamb chops from between the exposed bones and cut into 8 pieces

4. Add freshly ground pepper, olive oil, and 1/2 rosemary leaves and marinate for 30 minutes

6. Place the lamb ribs neatly

7. Fry for 3 minutes on each side (or until done to your liking)
