1. Prepare the materials.

2.1 Blanch the vegetables in water and remove from the water.

4.1 Put the casserole on the fire, cover it, bring to a boil over high heat then turn to low heat and cook the rice until 80% done.

5.2 Add a little oil to the soaked rice in a casserole and mix well, then add water 1.5 cm higher than the rice.

6. When it becomes honeycomb-like, stir it with chopsticks, add sausage, shredded ginger, and beat an egg into it.

7. Pour in the seasoning mixed with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, Maggi sauce, sesame oil and sugar.

8. After adding seasoning, continue to cook on low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes without opening the lid.

9. After the rice is cooked, add the blanched vegetables.
