How to make braised chicken feet

Braised chicken feet is a home-cooked dish that is very lifelike. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious, making people drool.

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Soak the chicken feet in salt water for 20 minutes, wash and set aside.

3. Slice the ginger, flatten the garlic, and cut off the nails of the chicken feet with scissors.

4. Blanch the chicken feet and wash them.

5. Put the chicken feet into the pot, add a little salt, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, brine, ginger and garlic.

6. Add enough water to cover the chicken feet, and bring to a boil over medium heat.

7. Add oil to the pan, add sugar, and stir-fry sugar color.

8. Add the fried sugar color into the pot.

9. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

10. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let the chicken feet soak in the marinade for 30 minutes. The delicious chicken feet are ready!

11. Take a lettuce.

12. Wash.

13. Place the lettuce in a glass bowl.
