Mushroom and Oyster Mushroom Porridge

Ingredients: 50g white rice, 4 button mushrooms, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1 shallot, some chopped coriander, 400ml water. Method: 1. Put rice and water in a pot at a ratio of 8:1 and bring to a boil over high heat. 2. Then turn to medium heat and simmer until the rice is a little blooming. 3. Add the button mushroom slices and shiitake mushroom slices (4 button mushrooms + 2 shiitake mushrooms), simmer until it starts to become sticky, add the shallot, and cook for a while. 4.
