How to make Sichuan style sizzling beef tenderloin

I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the cooking method of Sichuan-style Teppanyaki Beef Tenderloin.

1. Remove the fascia from the beef and cut into thick slices. Use the back of a knife to loosen the meat slices, then cut them a few more times.

2. Add a whole egg, an appropriate amount of baking soda, and salt water, then add cornstarch and mix well. Cover with a little oil and let it stand for 20 minutes.

3. Fry the beef tenderloin until 80% done

4. Take out and set aside

5. Add a little oil and stir-fry the Pixian bean paste, add the scallion, ginger, garlic juice and sugar, cooking wine, a little vinegar for seasoning, then add the fried beef fillet and stir-fry evenly.

6. The meat is tender and juicy, slightly spicy, sour and sweet.
