2. Cook the noodles in boiling water, then remove and put them in cold water.

3. Chop the green onion, take out the ketchup, soy sauce and salt for later use, add a little salad oil to the pot and heat it up.

4. After sautéing the chopped green onion, add the shredded carrots, cucumbers, and ham slices and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Then add salt, soy sauce, and tomato sauce and continue to stir-fry until 80% cooked.

If you don’t like the taste too sweet and sour during the cooking process, you can reduce the amount of tomato sauce. You can also add other ingredients as appropriate. You can even add rapeseed and black fungus to this fried noodles. Just fry what you have at home.

First remove the roots of the tomatoes, then put the tomatoes in boiling water until the skin starts to fall off. About a minute, then put them in cold water so they aren't too hot. The biggest difference between tomato sauce and ketchup is that tomato sauce can be eaten directly, and is most commonly eaten by dipping French fries in tomato sauce, while ketchup must be cooked, such as adding tomato sauce to stir-fry pasta.
