How to cook the pollack fish at home

1.1Cut the onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside.

2.2 Wash and cut the pollack into sections, marinate with a little salt and ginger for about half an hour. Beat the eggs, dip the pollack in the egg liquid and fry on low heat until both sides turn golden brown, set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Then pour in clean water (broth is better), and then put in the fish pieces. At this time, the soup will turn slightly white.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat and add white wine, salt and sugar.

6. Turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add white pepper and vinegar and sprinkle with chopped coriander when serving. Of course you don’t have to add it, and then the fish soup will be original. After adding vinegar, the soup is no longer milky white, but slightly yellowish.
