Easy chicken drumstick stew with mushrooms

1. After thawing, soak the drumsticks in cold water for about 30 minutes, wash away the blood and rinse them clean. (There are 5 demonstration pictures)

2. Blanch the chicken legs in cold water. After blanching for 70% cooked, remove from the water and wash off the foam on the surface with hot water. Be sure to drain the water by placing it in a colander.

3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and prepare them.

4. Prepare cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar. (You don’t need to add oyster sauce, just simple cooking wine + soy sauce is also delicious)

5. Wash the mushrooms and drain them.

6. Prepare a wok, add a little oil, and stir-fry the scallion, ginger and garlic; add the drained and blanched chicken legs and stir-fry over medium heat, pour in cooking wine + a little soy sauce + 2 spoons of sugar + appropriate amount of cooking oil, continue to stir-fry, add mushrooms and stir-fry until all the ingredients are dry and change color, then pour in hot water to cover the chicken legs, add a drop of vinegar (to remove fishy smell), open the wok and boil over high heat for about 5 minutes, add 5 spoons of salt and stir well, then put it into the pressure cooker, and you can eat the fragrant chicken legs stewed with mushrooms after 15 minutes. Isn’t it very convenient?
