How to cook wild vegetables and meat

1.1 Add soy sauce, salt and ginger powder to the meat slices and marinate evenly. I like to use ginger powder to marinate meat recently

2.2 Material diagram. Soak the dried wild vegetables in water in advance.

3.1 Pour oil into the wok and fry some scallions, ginger and garlic until fragrant. (For this type of dish, I usually put the ingredients in two or three times, once to sauté the pan, another time after adding the meat, and the last time before serving.)

4.2 Cut the ingredients into pieces.

5. Add the marinated meat slices and stir-fry.

6. Chop the wild vegetables.

7. Add rice wine, dark soy sauce, and a spoonful of sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

8. Bring to boil and add the remaining ingredients. After stir-frying for a while, add a little salt and light soy sauce.

9. It is ready to be served.
