1. Cut the beef into slices and then into shreds.

2. Put the beef in a bowl, pour in cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for five minutes.

3. Remove the roots of the garlic sprouts with a knife, then wash them, break up the roots with the back of a knife, and cut them into 3 cm long segments for later use. Cut the peppers into sections and set aside. Cut the ginger into shreds.

4. Heat the wok in oil, sauté the shredded ginger, add the shredded beef and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside.

5. In another pot, add a small amount of oil, add the chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chili sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry until cooked.

7. Pour in the fried shredded pork and stir fry evenly

8. Add salt and MSG.
