How to cook bayberry spareribs

4.4. Add mushrooms, bayberry, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and water to cover the ingredients in the pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes until the sauce is reduced.

5.5. Bayberry spareribs just out of the pot.
