Baked crispy chicken thighs recipe

1. Remove the chicken thigh bones.

2. Use the back of a knife to lightly pat the meat.

3. Cut one portion of meat into 4 portions.

4. Marinate with appropriate amount of barbecue sauce for 30 minutes. (You can also use oyster sauce instead)

5. Cut the cheese into strips and set aside.

6. Chop carrots into small pieces and cook until soft, set aside corn kernels. (If you like green peas, you can add some to make the color more beautiful)

7. Dip the marinated meat in a layer of crispy fried powder.

8. Put it into a 70% hot pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.
