How to make homemade noodles

Basically, one dose is the amount that one person takes.

4.2 After the dough is formed, continue to add water into it. This is also the second step to make the noodles taste good. The method of adding water is to sprinkle a little water, press the water into the dough with your fist, and after the water is gradually absorbed into the dough, knead it evenly. After kneading, add a second time until the dough is soft and hard enough.

5.1 Vegetables should be processed well. I prepared cauliflower, garlic sprouts, bean sprouts, hot peppers, and carrots. You can prepare them according to your personal preferences.

15. Pull the two ends of the noodles and gently pull them on both sides. While pulling, rub your hands and it will become a long and even strip.

16. After shaking it twice, the 10-centimeter-long piece suddenly became one or two meters long.

17. Throw one noodle into the boiling water as you go, because the noodles are well-rested and chewy, and will not become mushy even after long cooking. The noodles can be pulled one by one and then served together at the end. After finishing the dough, add some cold water to the pot, boil it again and you can scoop out the noodles.
