2. When the dough reaches the shape shown in the picture, add baking soda water and flour, knead the dough again, roll it into a dough sheet, sprinkle it with chopped green onion, five-spice powder, oil, and salt, roll it into a circle, cut it into appropriate sizes with a knife, press each small piece of dough with chopsticks so that the patterns are all facing up, fold it in half and twist it into the shape of a flower roll

3. Steam on high heat for 10 minutes
