How to make liver puree and vegetable wraps

1.Cut the edges of the cabbage leaves to make vegetable leaf wraps. Chop the cut leaves and use them as seasoning.

2.1 When the liver is cooked, remove it and grind it into granules using a grinder for later use.

3.2 Soak the fresh pork liver in water for 30 minutes and remove the tendons inside. Put the processed pork liver, peppercorns, bay leaves, and ginger slices into water and boil. Pour in appropriate amount of rice wine and dark soy sauce and close the lid.

4. Boil the Longkou vermicelli and mung bean sprouts until soft, then remove from the water and rinse with cold water for later use. After blanching, put the vermicelli and mung bean sprouts in a large bowl, add garlic juice, ginger juice, pepper and salt to season. Then put it into the vegetable bag.

5. Pour the duck soup into the pot, add the pork liver pieces, chopped leaves and salt, simmer for a while on low heat. When the soup is ready, scoop out the pork liver, sprinkle it on the vermicelli and bean sprouts, and drizzle with sesame oil.
