How to stir-fry shredded yam

1.12 Wear gloves, peel the yam, and shred it with a grater. Cut the carrot into shreds.

3. Cut the green pepper and green onion into thin strips.

4. Heat oil in a wok and sauté onions and green pepper.

7. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry for one minute.

8. Add salt to taste, stir-fry evenly and serve.
