Stir the soy milk constantly during the cooking process, otherwise the bottom will become sticky. Turn off the heat three to five minutes after boiling. Pour in the prepared two pounds of cold water and cool the soy milk to about 80 degrees, which is the most suitable temperature for making tofu.

9. Start to make tofu~ Originally, the tofu should be made with soy sauce, but the rice had soy sauce for the first time, so I used white vinegar mixed with water as the soy sauce~ Stir the white vinegar solution into the soy milk in three to five times, stirring continuously at a uniform speed to allow the vinegar and soy milk to fully blend, until you can see floc-like tofu in the pot.

10. This is the ordered tofu pudding. Use a strainer to scoop it into a mold covered with gauze. I forgot to take a picture. . . Wrap the tofu with the remaining gauze and press it with the bottom of a cake mold. . . .

11. Just use moderate force. This is hard to describe. . You will know if you try it yourself~ Then let the tofu cool down a little and remove the gauze. Don’t wait too long, otherwise it will stick. The finished product is delicious and has no sour taste. I got two pieces of tofu this big from my 500g dried beans~~~enough to eat for a few days~~
