1. Wash and peel the white radish, cut it into shreds, and marinate it with a little salt to allow some water to drain out of the radish so that it can be more flavorful. 2. Pour a little oil and dried chili into a small spoon, turn the gas to the lowest fire, and heat slowly (I do it for convenience, of course you can use a pot)

4. Pour the hot sauce into the shredded radish that has been seasoned.

5. Mix well and eat after 10 minutes.
