How to make double-ingredient braised rice

1. Take a duck leg, remove the bones, and only take out the skin and meat. Cut off the fascia in the meat so that the duck meat will not shrink too much when heated. (You can also use a meat hammer or the back of a knife to loosen and thin the meat.)

2. 1/2 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of black pepper, 4 crystal sugars, 1/2 spoon of white pepper, 2 spoons of cooking wine, marinate

3. Marinate for more than 2 hours in advance

4. Take a flat plate and spread the marinated duck meat on it.

5. One preserved egg, cut into pieces (can also be crushed for easier shaping)

6. Place it in the middle of the duck leg

7. Roll up carefully

8. Tie tightly with cotton thread. (If you don't have cotton thread, you can also wrap it in tin foil and then roll it tightly with a sushi rolling mat like a candy)

9. Heat the oil in a pan on the fire and fry until the surface is golden brown.

11. Cover the lid and put it in the microwave

12. Steam meat for 4-5 minutes

13. Take out the cooked duck rolls, let them cool, and slice them

14. Put rice in the Taji pot and add water. The amount of water should be high enough to cover the rice.

15. Put a sausage in at the same time, put it in the microwave, high heat for 5 minutes

16. When the water in the rice is almost dry, take it out, pour a little water into it, and continue to microwave it for 5 minutes.

17. A bowl of soft and delicious white rice is ready

18. Prepare side dishes: dice green peas, carrots and potatoes separately

19. Heat the oil pan you just used to fry the duck legs (because it is already cooked) and pour the side dishes in.

20. Add a little salt, a little soy sauce, and some water, simmer for a while, it is best to retain the soup, a little MSG, stir-fry until cooked

21. Use a spatula to place the fried side dishes directly on the rice.

22. Slice the sausage and cut the cherry tomatoes, and place them on the rice together with the duck leg rolls. A bowl of super-rich Taji pot rice is ready to be served.
