Steps for stir-fried octopus feet

1. Thaw one octopus foot, about 270 grams, in cold water, wash and set aside.

2. Cut the octopus legs into slices, about the size of a plate.

3. Marinate with ginger, green onion, egg white, salt, cooking wine and black pepper for half an hour. This will make the octopus feet more tender and remove the fishy smell.

4. Wash onions and bell peppers and set aside. You can also use spicy peppers, but since it is for children, I use bell peppers, which are not spicy.
