How to make hot and sour soup with red and white tofu

6. After the pot boils, add a few drops of rice wine and season with salt and chicken powder.

8. After the sauce has gelatinized, sprinkle the egg liquid evenly.

9. Then pour it into a soup bowl and stir it evenly with a hand spoon.

10. Add a little chopped coriander and serve.
