Salt lemonade recipe

Summer is hot and it is the best time to drink lemon water. The taste of Laoyan lemonade is very unique, sweet and salty, and is very popular among people. Not only that, it also has many functions such as clearing the throat, enhancing immunity and improving blood circulation, making it especially suitable for drinking in summer. The method of making old salt lemonade is also very simple, you need to prepare the ingredients first. Buy lemons and kumquats in advance, wash them, and prepare honey and salt.

How to make salt lemonade

1. Wash the lemons and kumquats. I have prepared two cups of ingredients. The rolling pin will be used to squeeze the lemons and kumquats later.

2. Slice the lemon and cut off the stems of the kumquats. For the unripe kumquats, you can use a knife to make a cross to make it easier to squeeze out the juice later.

3. Put the lemon slices and kumquats into a cup, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt, and use a rolling pin to squeeze the ingredients in the cup (if you don’t have a rolling pin, you can use a spoon instead).

4. Add cold boiled water, two spoons of honey (according to your own taste), stir well with a spoon, add ice cubes, and the refreshing old salt lemon water is ready!

Tips

1. There are a few impurities in the old salt, which can be rinsed with cold boiled water.

2. Honey can be replaced with syrup. The method of making syrup is to use less water and more sugar and heat it on low heat until it melts.

3. Old salt is sold in seasoning shops in the vegetable market and is slightly more expensive than fine salt.
