6. While the beef is stewing, boil water in another pot and cook the noodles. Cook noodles in cold water. Add salt, tomato sauce and aged vinegar to the beef in the last 20 minutes of stewing. Add appropriate amount of chili before serving and cook briefly before turning off the heat. Put the noodles in a bowl, pour beef soup on it, put beef cubes on it, and sprinkle some coriander on it.
