5. Stir-fry star anise, pepper, tsaoko, bay leaf, cinnamon and cooking wine evenly

6. Add soy sauce and stir fry

7. Add rock sugar and salt water to cover the chicken pieces

8. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and turn to medium heat

9. Stew until the chicken is cooked through and taste

10. Boil water in a pot, knead the noodles, bring to a boil over high heat, and remove from the water until cooked (you can rinse with cold water to suit your taste)

11. Put the noodles in a large bowl, add the cooked chicken and soup, add some sesame chili oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
