How to make hand-kneaded purple potato noodles

14. Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the noodles and cook until done.

15. Put the noodles into a bowl, cut the cucumber and carrot into thin shreds and blanch them in hot water. Then place the cucumber and carrot shreds on the outside of the plate and pour the chicken and green pepper sauce in the middle.
