Ingredients: 100 grams of salad oil, 100 grams of red oil, 200 grams of minced garlic, 20 grams of diced wild pepper, 30 grams of chili sauce, 30 grams of spicy hot sauce, 20 grams of fresh diced chili, 100 grams of water, 2 grams of salt, 4 grams of MSG, 5 grams of chicken essence, 3 grams of white sugar, 5 grams of spice powder, and 10 grams of spicy powder.

Method: 1. Put 100 grams of salad oil and 100 grams of red oil into the pot and heat them up, add 200 grams of minced garlic (put half of it in and the other half at the end), 20 grams of diced wild pepper, 30 grams of Guangweiyuan garlic chili sauce, 30 grams of Lameizi chili sauce, and 20 grams of fresh diced millet pepper. 2. After frying until fragrant, add 100 grams of water, 2 grams of salt, 4 grams of MSG, 5 grams of chicken essence, 3 grams of white sugar, 5 grams of spice powder, and 10 grams of spicy powder. Ingredients: 120g chili oil, 60g salad oil, 150g chili segments, 100g pork belly cubes, 30g bean paste, 40g spicy sauce, 20g minced ginger, 20g minced garlic, 30g Lao Gan Ma, 10g spicy powder, 150g beer, 8g MSG, 6g chicken essence, 20g white sugar, 1g pepper, 5g spice powder, 10g sesame oil, 1g balsamic vinegar, 30g peanut kernels,

Method: Add chili oil and salad oil to the pot, heat it up, add Erjingtiao chili segments, pork belly cubes and stir-fry until fragrant, add 30 grams of red bean paste, Merlot spicy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic and continue to stir-fry until fragrant, then add Lao Gan Ma, Hu Lafen (1 pound of Erjingtiao dried chili, stir-fry red pepper and crush it into powder), beer, MSG, chicken essence, white sugar, pepper, spice powder, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar.
