1. Prepare the ingredients. Chop the lean meat into minced meat, slice the pork liver, marinate with oil, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and starch for 15 minutes, peel and slice the tomatoes (forgot to take a photo), chop the ginger and scallions, and wash the Chinese cabbage for later use.

2. Add one and a half bowls of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add some lard, pour in the sliced ​​tomatoes and cook for three minutes.

3. Add chopped ginger, scallions and appropriate amount of salt, and pour in the marinated lean pork liver. Be careful to move it around to avoid it from being cooked into a lump. After boiling over high heat, add a little seasoning and serve.

4. Add a little soy sauce to the prepared lean pork and liver soup to make the color darker.

5. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Note that you should add more water for cooking noodles and a little salt, or you can add nothing. Put the Chinese cabbage and noodles into the pot and cook for three minutes.

6. Serve noodles, vegetables, lean meat and pork liver soup, and enjoy the rich breakfast.
