How to make pink noodles

If we want to eat healthily, we need to cook our own meals. Only in this way can we be healthy. For this reason, I will first talk about how to cook pink noodles.

1. Wash and blanch amaranth

7.21 Take out the dough mixed with sugar and knead it evenly, then cut the dough into two.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into round pieces.

9. Sprinkle flour on the dough and roll it up with a rolling pin until the dough becomes thin.

10. The appearance after being thinned.

11. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the dough and fold it up.

12. Cut into thin strips, and control the width as you like.

13. Shake the rolled noodles and put them into a bowl for later use;

14. Bring water to a boil and pour in the noodles.

15. Cook without covering the pot for two or three minutes

16. The noodles are chewy and don’t stick together.

17. It will look more beautiful with some green vegetables. Stir-fry the remaining amaranth. A small piece of pork ribs was also added.

18. These two small bowls are made by cooking half of the noodles, and the other half is refrigerated.

Maybe you have eaten pink noodles in a big hotel, or maybe you have eaten them in a food stall. But I believe that since you know the recipe well, the taste of the food you make yourself will definitely be much better than those made in these places.
