1.1 Simmer over low heat until the red beans are soft.

7. Knead into smooth dough.

8. Take a piece of dough, flatten it and then knead it into a bowl shape with your hands.

9. Add appropriate amount of red bean paste.

10. Roll into glutinous rice ball shape.

11. Heat oil in a frying pan and flatten the dough.

12. Fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
