5. Pour the cream into a water-free and oil-free egg mixing bowl, add 25g of sugar, and beat until 70% distributed

6. After the cheese is softened by adding hot water, add 15g of sugar and beat with a whisk until smooth and free of particles.

7. Add strawberry jam to cheese paste and mix well

8. Soak 1 piece of gelatin, add 30g of milk and dissolve it in hot water, then pour it into the cheese strawberry paste and stir evenly.

9. Add the whipped cream to the cheese strawberry paste and mix well.

10. Pour the cheese paste into the refrigerated mold and refrigerate for 4 hours

11. Soak the remaining gelatin sheet in cold water until soft, put it into the strawberry juice, dissolve it in boiling water, and cool it to lukewarm.

12. Pour the strawberry juice on the refrigerated cheese paste and keep it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour.
