1. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, and beat them evenly with chopsticks for later use. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid, and stir the eggs constantly with a spatula until they solidify into egg cubes. Don't fry the eggs for too long, just fry them until they are solidified. This way the eggs will be equally tender inside and out. Then remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.

2. Rinse the green vegetables you bought with tap water, then remove the roots and cut into small cubes for later use.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan, pour in a little chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant, then pour in the rice and stir-fry until the rice is loose (it is best to use overnight rice, as this will reduce the amount of moisture in the rice and make it easier to stir-fry).

4. Finally, add the frangipani and diced green vegetables, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then you can serve in a bowl and eat.
