Onion and Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin

6. Wash the wok, add a small amount of oil, and fry the onion over medium-low heat until fragrant.

7. Add the cloud ear and stir-fry until the onion is completely transparent

8. Add appropriate amount of salt, add beef and stir well.
