11. Add rice wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the duck pieces are colored

12. Add appropriate amount of water, salt and sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes

13. Add duck blood cake and simmer for about 10 minutes

14. Add green and red peppers and fry until cooked
