How to make fried rice with golden ham

With today's booming economy, more and more people are pursuing the pleasure of eating, and more and more gourmet restaurants are popping up. Eating out is certainly a wonderful thing, but it is not as hygienic and clean as eating at home. 1. Steam the rice in advance and use half the amount of water compared to normal cooking. Once cooked, open the lid and let the rice cool. (You can also use leftover rice.)

2.1 Stir the egg liquid into the rice.

3.2 Prepare two eggs and a sausage. I had half a green pepper left over from lunch and I put it in the fried rice. (Except eggs and ham, you can put whatever you want in the rest.)

4.1 Chop the ham and green pepper into small cubes.

5.2 Make sure the rice and egg liquid are fully mixed. It is best to have each grain of rice separated and not in clumps, as this will make it difficult to fry.

6.1 Add rice and stir-fry over medium heat for about five minutes until the egg liquid solidifies and wraps around the rice grains.

7.2 Heat the pan with cold oil, add green pepper and ham and stir-fry. Please use more oil, as I will be frying rice later.

8. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly until the rice grains are distinct and become hard, about three to five minutes.

9. Reduce the heat, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

10. This is the finished product. It tastes good.

11. Put a picture of the pork ribs and yam soup left over from lunch. After eating fried rice, drink some soup, it’s hot and delicious.
